THE  BIG  SING  2010  REGISTRATION  FORM
- General Notes -
  
  1.  All fees and penalties already include GST.
  2.  An email will be automatically sent to you acknowledging your registration.
  3.  Your Regional Coordinator will contact you with information about your Regional Festival and will request information
       about your choir’s repertoire and other details.
  4.  Closing date for entries: Friday 19 March 2010. A late entry penalty of $80 will apply after this date.
  5.  No entries can be accepted after Tuesday 6 April 2010.
  6.  This form starts with school information and follows with choir information. Please complete a choir section for each choir you
       are entering. Payment details are at the bottom.

  Fees are payable by 22 March 2010 (late entry payment by 6 April).  Pay by either:
