The Big Sing regional festival start next month. With around 10,000 secondary school students taking part, it is New Zealand’s largest musical competition.
The goals of The Big Sing are:
• to provide opportunities for school choirs to sing in a professional but supportive setting at regional and national levels
• to encourage enjoyment in singing
• to foster excellence in performance and repertoire
