Creative NZ has created a range of videos and other resources to help arts organisations take advantage of online marketing, to attract audiences and increase returns. The Audience Connection Optimise webinars range from 15 minutes to an hour long, and deal with such subjects as Email marketing, Social media engagement and how to measure it – and how to make facebook & twitter work to build an audience and engage with it.
Presenter Vicki Allpress-Hill goes through the issues and the options step by step in an easy to follow and practical manner.

3. Audience Development Toolkit: The audience development tool-kit has been developed by Tour-Makers with venues in mind, but is a useful tool for anyone presenting work. Some content is curated from existing resources, and other templates have been created by Tour-Makers to address specific venue capability- building needs. The tool-kit is continually updated and added to throughout the year and feedback from presenters is welcome.
